Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This policy explains what outdoorgrove.com collects, why, and what you can do about it. The site is run by Sana Ahmed.
What you give me
- Contact form — your name, email address and message. These are emailed to me and are not stored on this website. I use them only to reply to you.
- Newsletter — your email address, kept on this site so I can send the newsletter, and nothing else.
This site does not host comments, so no comment data is collected.
What is collected automatically
Like most websites, my host records standard server log data — IP address, browser type, referring page and the pages requested — to keep the site running and secure.
Cookies and browser storage
Your light or dark reading preference is kept in your browser’s local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to me. WordPress and the caching software may set cookies, and WordPress sets login cookies only if you have an account here. You can clear or block browser storage at any time; some conveniences will stop working if you do.
Third parties
When you use a Pinterest Save button, Pinterest receives that request and its own privacy policy applies.
[Analytics provider — add the name here once one is in use.]
[Advertising network — add the name here once one is in use.]
[Email service used to deliver the newsletter — add the name here once one is in use.]
How long I keep it
Contact messages stay in my inbox while the conversation is useful, then I delete them. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email I send.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to erase it. Email me and I will act on the request.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes in any material way, I will update the date at the top of this page.
